Having begun in 1984 with only five retail units, Abu Dhabi Duty Free now boasts:
- An annual revenue of over AED 1 billion (2014)
- Over 8,000m² of retail space
- More than 120 retail and food and beverage outlets in Zayed International Airport – Terminal A alone.
This phenomenal growth shows no sign of slowing.
Forthcoming expansion
We are currently investing in one of the world’s most ambitious airport development projects with the construction of the Terminal A. This already award-winning, ultramodern terminal will:
- Cater to over 30 million passengers annually
- House over 28,000m² of retail and food and beverage outlets.
